The air conditioning unit made a lot of noise and it affected sleep. A quieter option is needed.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

great locationhelpful staffreliable wifidated room
The hotel's location is superb, placing it in the busiest part of the city within easy walking distance of Coal Harbour. Many cafes and restaurants surround the area. it is in the heart of the shopping district. The staff were polite, helpful, and the wifi worked really well.
I found that my room, though clean, felt dated, it could use a makeover to brighten things. The lighting was not good in the room, the corridors were dim too.
Rooms
9/10
The Gallery King room was sufficiently large. The bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed. Air conditioning worked well to keep a constant temperature . The room's art was a plus.
Facilities
8/10
I was charmed by the water available in the reception area. There are filtered water refill stations. Free bikes are available to use. This is a good touch if you have time to explore the surrounding area.
Service
10/10
The front desk staff were very friendly. They offered useful information. Valet parking service was good too, I never waited too long. The staff created an environment of warm welcome and they were responsive.

An acceptable hotel, but some issues were present

complimentary coffeebicycle useoutdated roomsmall bathroom
The location was quite convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The staff were generally attentive and responded quickly to requests. A nice touch was the complimentary coffee delivered to the room each morning. The hotel provides bicycles to use, a great way to see the city.
The bathroom was rather small, and the sink being outside the bathroom was inconvenient. The ventilation system in the room was quite NOISY. I found that the parking fee for my motorcycle seemed excessive.
